Vetiver root (also known as khamare or gongolili) is one of West Africa's best-known medicinal plants.

Khamare improves transit and eases difficult digestion; it fights effectively against urinary tract infections and vaginal odours, and relieves menstrual pain 

Directions for use: Clean vetiver roots before infusing. Place one or two stems in your water bottle to enjoy the benefits of this plant on a daily basis. You can keep the same stems for 2-3 days before replacing them.
