2. Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at aidbody.sav@gmail.com and provide details about the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. For all returns, you must prepay the shipping and, where applicable, insurance fees. If your return qualifies for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping or handling charges.

3. Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price (according to the original payment method). It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

4. Conditions for Exchanges

We only exchange goods that are defective or damaged. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at aidbody.sav@gmail.com and provide the details of the product and the defect. We will then instruct you on how to return the product.

5. No-Refund Policy

Once a product is purchased from our site, items are non-refundable except in cases where the product is defective. In such cases, a store credit or replacement will be offered.
