How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor its status. Please allow 2 to 5 days for tracking information to become available.

Local Pickup

Avoid shipping fees with free local pickup in 93000 Bobigny. Once you have placed your order and selected the "local pickup" option, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready, along with further instructions.
